FRS is pleased and proud to congratulate Steve Millwee and his team at SecurTest, Inc. for being ranked #1 on HRO Today’s prestigious Baker’s Dozen List of Employment Screening Providers. This would be quite an accomplishment in and of itself; however, it is magnified by the fact that SecurTest achieved this same honor of being ranked #1 in 2012. In 2011, SecurTest was also on the list, that time being ranked at #3.

HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen rankings are based exclusively on feedback from buyers of the services they rate; the ratings are not based on the opinions of the HRO Today staff members. In order to determine an overall ranking, they analyze results from customer satisfaction surveys across three subcategories: Breadth of Service, Size of Deals, and Quality of Service. Using a preset algorithm that weighs questions and categories based on importance, they calculate scores in all three subcategories as well as an overall score. The rankings are based on those scores; for this most recent survey, they received feedback from more than 600 verified customers.
