How to Suspend a Client from Website Ordering

Question:
How do I mark a Client as Suspended and keep them from ordering at the Website?

Answer:
To do this, go to:
Setup->Maintain Client List->click on the Client that you want to Suspend->Then click ‘Change Client “Suspended” Status (See below)

Be sure to Create a Message to Display at the Website from the button Directly to the right, this will ensure that when the Client tries to log in they receive the Message which will block them from entering the Website
