To set up a No Charge Billing Package in FRS, follow the steps below:
1. Go to Billing->Package Billing Master List. Once you are there, click ‘Add a Billing Code’ and name the No Charge Package anything you would like.
2. After you have created the Package name, go to Billing->Package Prices by Client
3. Double-click on any Client to set up Packages for the Particular Client
4. Double-click on the newly added No Charge Package
5. From there, you can set the number of Searches for each Profile type and set the Price to $0.00 at the top
6. After clicking ‘Save,’ click ‘Yes’ on the Prompt asking if it is Okay to set the Price to $0.00 (See Screenshot below)
