FRS Delivers AMC Compliance Release

Due to continuing litigation trends surrounding the background screening process, FRS is pleased to present a “Compliance Release of the Applicant Management Center (AMC)”. Providing the tools and features to help our CRA clients remain in compliance with the ever-changing landscape of background screening has always been of utmost importance to FRS. We are continually implementing new enhancements designed specifically around keeping the users of FRS in compliance as it pertains to changing legislation and legal trends in our industry. Originally introduced in 2008, our Applicant Management Center or AMC (previously known as Online App) has provided FRS clients with a web-based opportunity to collect data and consent directly from candidates to help streamline the screening process. Legally required documentation as it relates to the FCRA has always been a part of our applicant-direct product. Not only has AMC always collected the necessary data to complete a background check, it also allows the secure transmission of documents between the applicant and requestor. The audit-tracking capability of each step in the process, which is provided to our CRAs through AMC, has been a valuable addition to the screening programs of the clients of FRS.
