 Below is a more detailed listing of the features, functions and security rights provided for Administrative users in FRS:

System Access:
– Only Admin Users can set up, configure, add, edit and delete FRS Users – System Security option

– Only Admin Users are allowed access to any of the billing and financial functions under the Billing Menus (Except for ‘Out of Package Billing’)

– Only Admin users can gain access to any of the credit card payment options

– Only Admin users can access the extra charges, court fees, MVR fees, Verification fees, etc. tables

– Only Admin Users are allowed access any of the options on the Management Reports Menu tab

– Only Admin Users are allowed access to Employee Analytics

– Only Admin Users are allowed access to Export and Print Client Lists

– Only Admin Users are allowed access to Export and Print Researcher Lists

– Only Admin Users are allowed access to view or edit Client Web Logins

– Only Admin Users are allowed access to view or edit Researcher Web Logins

– Only Admin Users are allowed access to the main LinXml option on the Reports Menu

– Only Admin Users are allowed access to view or edit Client Web Logins

– Only Admin Users are allowed access to the custom “My Reports” option (if you have consulted for custom reports)

– Only Admin Users are allowed access to Move Subjects to History

– Only Admin Users are allowed access to Purge History option

– Only Admin Users are allowed access to Annual MVRs option

– Only Admin Users are allowed access to the Deleted Tracking option

– Only Admin Users are allowed access to the History of Manually Printed Search Lists

– Only Admin Users are allowed access to the option of Tracking of Results Printed/Delivered but Not “Set as Sent”

– Only Admin Users are allowed access to the option to Update All Clients’ First File Dates

– Only Admin Users are allowed access to the Maintain System Defaults settings

– Only Admin Users are allowed access to the Maintain Client List option

– Only Admin Users are allowed access to the Maintain Researcher List option

– Only Admin Users are allowed access to the Maintain Affiliate Table option

– Only Admin Users are allowed access to the Maintain Other Search Types option

– Only Admin Users are allowed access to the User Notification List setup option

– Only Admin Users are allowed access to the Tenant Setup option

– Only Admin Users are allowed access to any of the Lookup Tables editing options

– Only Admin users have rights to add new Counties to County Lookup Table

Security, Protection and Control:

– Only Admin users can delete a subject

– Only Admin Users can access the option to “Reset / Recover a Previous One-Touch Results Distribution”

– Only Admin Users can access the option to “Reset / Recover a Previous One-Touch Search List Distribution”

– Only Admin Users can access to the old, obsolete individual search list create options under the 1-touch screen

– Only Admin users can delete and remove any fax from the Fax Queue

– Only Admin users can delete and remove any email from the Email Log

– Only Admin users can export the web login tracking statistics for eClientLink logins

– Only Admin users can export the web login tracking statistics for Vendor-Net logins

– Only Admin users can access the Non-Conviction Terms List

– Only Admin users can delete items for the Criminal Processing Web Links list

– Only Admin users can add extra charges to the extra charges lookup table

– Only Admin users can “View Web User Login Accounts” for either clients or researchers

– Only Admin users can delete Connect-Add batches (no longer supported)

– Only Admin users have the rights to change LinXml Site Identifiers at the client and researcher levels

– Only Admin users can Reset the status of employment, education, professional license and main-level OST verifications ‘At Web’ Status for Vendor-Net

– Only Admin users can “Assign/Unassign Rubber Stamp Users” for the feature of “Do Not Allow Unfreezing of Completed Subjects Searched in this State via InstaCrim”

– Only Admin users can be configured to show turnaround times in the subject list dashboard

– Only Admin Users have access to the MVR xChange secondary password

– PASST Canceled Order Details – Only Admin users have the ability to move a previously canceled order to the main subjects list

– Maintain System Security / Add/Edit a System User – assign Administrative Rights

– Tracking of FRS Setting Changes – only Admin users can see the Old and New passwords on this tracking screen

– Only Admin users can ‘Add a Note’ to the Daily Status Field for subjects in history under the ‘View a Subject History Record’ screen

– For requests currently at Vendor-Net being processed, only Admin users have the option to override and reset request.

– Only Admin users can Override required Driver’s License Formats for MVR orders

– Reset Web Status: if request currently at Vendor-Net and being processed, only Admin users have the option to override and reset the request

Alerts:

– The following alerts are only shown to Admin users:

– A “Call Before Faxing” job is sitting in the Fax Queue

– When “Fax Hits” are pending from Vendor-Net

– When unmatched results come in from the Vendor-Net

– When LinXml or X-Connect errors encountered by the Automation Server

– When DataLinX results are frozen because of Yes Records received

– When MVR results are frozen because of derogatory info received

– When the Fax Server or iFax Server have encountered errors

– When the Web Server encounters an error

– When the Web Server has completed its nightly maintenance and is shut down

– When the Automation Server encounters an error

– When the FRS Backup Server encounters an error

– When the DataManager Server encounters an error

– When the Dial-In Host encounters an error (no longer in use)

– When an MVR xChange alert has been encountered

– For basic system alerts, only Admin users can turn off the notifications of certain alerts so all users stop seeing them

– Admin users will be alerted whenever no users have been set up on the FRS notification list of issues encountered

– Only Admin users will be alerted that a software update is sitting on your system ready to be installed

– Only Admin users will be alerted that a new update of InstaCrim jurisdictions has been installed in the FRS system

– Only Admin users will be alerted whenever any clients are not ordering within their expected timeframe as configured as the # of Days at the client level

Edit Profiles and MyVerifications:

– Under the “Edit Profiles”, Admin users can assign any profile; non-Admin can only assign for ones they have been given rights to do so

– Only Admin users may reassign researcher in Verification tables via the “Edit Profiles” tabs

– Only Admin users can select a verification already assigned to another researcher

– MyVerifications: Only Admin users have the rights to assign verifications to anyone

– MyVerifications: Non-Admin users can only assign searches to themselves if no researcher has been assigned and they are setup to assign themselves

– MyVerifications: Only Admin users have the rights to print the National Student Clearinghouse List

– MyVerifications: Only Admin users have the rights to print the Work Number Search List

– MyVerifications: Only Admin users have the rights to print Manager Reports

– MyVerifications: Only Admin users have the rights to change a verification that has already been assigned

Utilities:

– Only Admin users can move or copy subjects from the backup history back to the main subject list

– Only Admin users have the rights to run the FRS Disk Cleanup option

– Only Admin users can request LinXml consulting services

– Only Admin users can access the setup and configuration options for each of the On-Line Services accounts (Experian, TransUnion, Equifax, COBI, FDLE)

– Only Admin users can:

– Clear All Connection errors out of the On-Line Services Error Log

– Clear Out the entire On-Line Services Error Log

– Delete an entry in the On-Line Services Error Log
