Purging Applicant Information From FRS

Purging subjects from FRS is very simple. All you need to do is submit a help ticket to our Support Team with the following information. They will then reach out to you and schedule the purge. There is nothing else that you will need to do.

Information Needed

Client Name (if specific client)

Date Range

When you want the purge completed

To submit a ticket go to Help/Resources – Open a Technical Support Ticket
